Hopzerker
The hop flavor in our Hopzerker is strong and complex. We use generous amounts of West Coast style hops to give it a nice hint of citrus. Although hops are what this beer is all about, the malt backbone supports the strong hop character and provides a good balance.
Swheat Dreams
Our wheat ale is a light refreshing wheat beer. Although this is an American wheat beer, we use Nobel hops to keep it on the not-so-hoppy side. Our ale yeast makes this wheat beer very crisp.
Quickie IPA
A bit of special malt provides the richness that is smoothed out with just the right amount of hoppyness. Unfiltered and dry-hopped, smooth with a medium-light bodied mouthfeel. Citrus hops crossed with a session IPA. Enjoy.
Shasta Haze
This Hazy IPA is loaded with juicy flavors. Hints of pineapple, guava, orange and other citrus aromas. This delectable brew is sure to be the next trendy IPA.
Hazy Attitude
This single hopped I.P.A. has a final gravity of 1.020 so you can taste a little residual malt. This citra hops used are added in late boil keep the bittering units low and the fruitiness HIGH. Don’t forget it’s okay to become a little hazy while drinking this I.P.A.
Teacher's Aide
Woody’s Amber uses generous amounts of crystal malts balanced with Cascade and Centennial hops with just a hint of goodness.
Nutty Woody
Nutty Woody has a moderate malt sweetness with a nutty, light caramel character and a medium-dry finish. This ale also has a toasted, biscuit or toffee-like character.
Apricot Wheat
Woody’s Apricot Wheat Ale is a light refreshing fruit beer. Like our Swheat Dreams, we use Nobel hops and ale yeast and leave it freshly unfiltered.
Pray for Powder Porter
A smooth balance of rich dark malts with a clean finish and just a hint of bitterness from this low alpha acid ale. Perfect for enjoying during a cold winter day!
Citra Pale
Standard pale ales have become boring and obsolete. We dressed ours up with loads of Citra hops during our dry hopping process. This American Pale is the perfect choice for a refreshing pale that doesn’t leave your mouth dry but refreshed.

Woody’s Brewing Co. is a dream of that has evolved from a love to consume and brew beer. Shasta County is our home where we work, live and play. Whether out for a day on the lake, a bike ride over the sundial bridge or a day of hiking local waterfalls, our four packs to-go usually join us in our adventures! We are a brewery that strives to deliver great beer and food, in a great atmosphere. As hometown locals, we are passionate about the people in our community having a gathering place that appeals to all. Prost!
Our beer journey started years ago when Ami purchased a Mr.Beer kit for Bart as a gift. He proceeded to make his first batch of beer on our stovetop. It was the worst beer in the history of all beers! That one moment started a snowball effect that changed our lives. Bart HAD to know why the beer was so terrible and what he could do to fix it. His single minded obsession was laser focused on how he could make great beer. Trail and error, many mentors and hours spent at our local home-brew shop, led Bart to become the brewer and passionate entrepreneur that he is today.
Bart’s first taste of professional brewing was being hired as head brewer at California
Brewing Company in Palo Cedro. This only stoked his passion for craft beer and it’s
place in our community. We were fortunate enough to be a part of of creation,
start-up and running of Final Draft Brewing company in Redding.
After leaving FDBC, Bart & Ami purchased The historical Silver Dollar Club
with Bart’s sister. Our dreams of owning our own Brewpub were at the forefront
of our efforts and we sold Silver Dollar to Barts sister to pursue a take-over of
Woody’s Brewing company. After years of hard work, we are SO grateful to become
the sole proprietors of Woody’s! Scott, Andrew & the entire Wlodarczyk family have
built this incredible business over the past 10 years and entrusted us to nurture &
take it to the next level!
Bart & Ami are lifetime residents of Redding. They are high school sweethearts,
who have raised their four,(amazing) children here. Bart & Ami are self-proclaimed
“foodies”, travel affectionados & beer geeks, who continue to be inspired with every
trip that they take! We are excited to bring our vision and dreams to Downtown
Redding in our new chapter!
